Gathering in sisterhood at Boulder Hot Springs creates space to soften, be witnessed, and remember we were never meant to do this alone. Over these days together, embodied practice, shared presence, and time in the healing waters gently restore what constant responsibility depletes. We leave not just rested, but reconnected — to ourselves, to community, and to the quiet strength that comes from being held.
