Join us for a sacred seasonal pause at Boulder Hot Springs, where the warmth of mineral waters, healing yoga therapy, and soul-nourishing rest come together to support your transition into winter.
Through guided movement, Restorative Yoga, and immersive workshops, you’ll tend to your nervous and immune systems, restoring your inner rhythm and vitality.
This retreat invites you to soften, slow down, and remember the wisdom of your body—preparing you to move through the darker months with steadiness and grace.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
$247 is the WORKSHOP PRICE ONLY and includes six hours of Yoga Classes and the evening Yoga Nidra healing meditation ONLY.
ACCOMODATIONS AND MEALS:
Room and Board and the Hot Springs use are separate and MUST BE PURCHASED through Boulder Hot Springs Resort directly. Please book your room NO LATER THAN May 1st as the resort will release the rooms to the public at that time.
To book your room, please make sure to call Boulder Hot Springs directly at (406) 225-4339 and ask for the room block associated with our Yoga Retreat from May 15th - May 17th.
Rooms are: $85 to $100 for single guest rooms, $120 to $130 for double guest rooms, $125 to $135 for single B&B rooms and $150 to $160 for double B&B rooms.
Meals are a total of $170 and included in the room reservation.

FAQ’s
Q. How do I get there?
A. The address is 31 Hot Springs Road, Boulder, MT 59632. You can either drive to Butte and head north or drive towards Helena and head south to the Hot Springs. Travel time from Stevensville is about 3 hours.
Q. Where should I fly into?
A. Flying into Helena is the closest airport to the Hot Springs resort. Flights may be more convenient from Bozeman.
Q. How early may I arrive?
A. You may check in as early as 12pm on the 1st day of the retreat and soak in the hot springs early. The first class stars at 4pm.
Q. What time is the retreat over?
A. The retreat is over after lunch on Sunday, at approximately 1pm.
Q. Do I need to bring a yoga mat or supplies for classes?
A. Feel free to bring your yoga props such as your yoga mat, bolsters, blocks, and straps. If you aren’t able to bring any props, they will be supplied for you.
Q. When can I use the Hot Springs and Spa Services ?
A. You are welcome to use both the indoor and outdoor hot springs when you arrive and in between yoga classes and also book directly with the resort to get a massage. Please see their website for more details.
Q. Can I come by myself?
A. Absolutely! Most of our retreat participants come alone as that's part of the fun of these retreats—connecting with like-minded fellow travelers and yoga practitioners in an extremely friendly and welcoming environment.
Q. Is this retreat co-ed?
A. Yes! It is.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
1. All meals are included. Dinner on Friday, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday.
2. All six yoga classes: 4pm on Friday, 10am and 4pm on Saturday and 10am on Sunday.
3. An evening meditation.
4. Complete use of the Hot Springs any time during your stay. (7am - 10pm)
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
Transportation to the Hot Springs
Optional add-on activities such as massage or Reiki healing treatments.
