This Isn’t About Perfect Ease—or Constant Challenge
I want to be clear about something: not every unplanned moment is delightful. Sometimes presence meets frustration. Sometimes it meets fatigue, fear, or disappointment.
But it also meets laughter, beauty, and quiet joy.
This retreat isn’t about manufacturing difficulty or promising ease. It’s about staying present with whatever unfolds—and trusting that something meaningful can arise from both.
Some people discover transformation through challenge. Others through gentle, unexpected moments. Both are valid. Both are welcome.
I believe some of the most meaningful changes happen quietly—through subtle shifts, softened edges, and moments of true presence. If this way of approaching growth speaks to you, you may feel at home in the retreat spaces I facilitate. More information about the Scotland retreat and my work can be found here.
