A Place to Put Some of it Down
I think we're all carrying a lot these days.
Not necessarily in a dramatic way. Just the ordinary weight of being human. Responsibilities. Decisions. Things we're looking forward to. Things we're worried about. The endless list of things that need our attention.
This evening is simply a place to put some of it down for a while.
On June 12th, I'll be gathering a small group for an evening of ceremonial cacao, restorative yoga, Reiki, and sound healing.
Some people come because they're curious about cacao. Others come because they desperately need a night off. Either reason is a pretty good one.
We'll share a warm mug of cacao, settle into a nest of blankets and bolsters, and spend a couple of hours doing something many of us don't do nearly enough: resting.
You don't need to come with an intention. You don't need to have a breakthrough. You don't even need to know what Reiki is.
You can just come.
The hardest part is usually getting yourself there. After that, the blankets do most of the work.
